XBD-W electric fire pump is of horizontal, single-suction, single-stage and multi-sectional, which is a newly developed energy-saving pump. Its performance parameter and technique norms meet the national standard on the fire pump. This new pump can run more efficiently with less noise but longer life. 

APPLICATION:
XBD-W Electric Fire Pump set can be used to transport non-grain flesh water and liquids similar with water.It is mainly used as water booster in fire system. Also it can be widely used for water drainage in mines, water boosting supply for high buildings, long distance water transportation, hot-water transportation in hotels, bathroom and boiler system and other water systems.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
XBD-QDL jockey pump is vertical, single suction, multistage centrifugal pump, used to deliver non-particles clean water and fluids similar with water in physiochemical property. It is mainly used for pressuring water supply in fire system, also it can be used for water drainage in factory and mines. 

Fire Pump SET COMPONENTS

This model consist of one electric motor driven fire pump, diesel engine driven fire pump, one common fire pump controller, pressure vessel, standard assessories and base frame. The electric pump shall be vertical/horizontal multistage type close/flexibly coupled to electric motor. The electric motor is squirrel cage industrction type, suitable for 2 phases. With required horse power rating. The diesel engine is fixed on the base with anti-vibration rubber pads and the pump is close / flexibly coupled to diesel engine. According to the power output of the engine the electrical system can be either 12V or 24V DC. The diesel engine consists of starter motor, fuel system, lubricating system, exhaust system etc.

 

The common controller is fabricated from mild steel and electrostatic powder coated to grey color. The enclosure is IP 54 rated and having all the required controls compalying with the applicable standards (Local Jurisdiction Authority requirements, project specific requirements, etc.) The standard fire pump set will be complete with pressure switches, pressure gauge, suction & discharge manifolds with gate valves, non-return valves, flexible connectors, battery for diesel engine. All are mounted on a strong common base frame of mild steel and painted red.
