>>>Installation
1. Mounting direction

KP pumps with a motor power of up to 11 kW can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping systems.

2. If the pipe can support the weight of the pump, the pump with a motor power of less than 11 kW can be installed directly in the pipe. If not, mount the pump on a mounting rack or bottom plate. The motor must be placed vertically when the pump with electric power equal to or greater than 11 kW is installed in a horizontal piping system. The pump must be mounted on a flat, hard base.

1. Basic type
This series of pumps is suitable for pumping water or similar with easy flow, low viscosity, clean, non-corrosive, non-flammable liquid, and the liquid does not contain solid particles or fibers that cause mechanical or chemical damage to the pump. Such as industrial or urban water supply and drainage, fire pressurization, long-distance water transmission, heating and bathroom cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment supporting. The medium temperature does not exceed 807, the maximum pressure does not exceed 1MPa, if it contains ethylene glycol or other antifreeze, it should be proposed when ordering, we will choose the appropriate sealing element for you.
2. High temperature pump
This series of pumps is suitable for thousands of civil heating systems and enterprises and institutions building housing heating and hot water pressurization, circulation, transportation and production process heating systems, such as power stations, thermal power stations, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, paper and other industrial boilers high temperature hot water. The medium temperature does not exceed 120ºC, the maximum pressure does not exceed 1MPa, can be customized 1.6MPa or higher pressure products, if contains ethylene glycol or other antifreeze, should be proposed at the time of ordering, we will choose the appropriate sealing element for you.
3. Chemical pump
This series of pumps is suitable for transporting liquids with corrosive viscosity similar to water without solid particles. Applicable to thousands of textile, petrochemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper, sectors such as food, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibers. The temperature of the conveying medium is generally in the range of 0ºC to 100ºC, and the density is generally less than 1000Kg/m3. 4. Explosion-proof oil pump
This series of pumps is suitable for thousands of petroleum, textile, chemical, machinery and other industries to transport non-corrosive, flammable, explosive liquid, the temperature of the conveying medium is generally -20ºC to 100ºC, the density is generally less than 1000Kg/m3.
