We use CHANGSONG (the top two brand in China, deeply obsessed by customers) diesel engine also we use BEINEI diesel engine adopting air-cooler type according to some customers special requirements for its perfect performance and its suitable price. We always equip the four batteries, one fuel filter, one air filter, one lube oil filter, one coolant filter two belts for our customers. The color of the diesel engine will be according customers preference.  

 

As a fire-fighting latest equipment, XBC Diesel Engine Driven Fire Fighting Water Centrifugal Pump  group series are developed successfully, strictly complying with national standard GB6245-2006, The Performance Requirement and Testing Method of Fire Fighting Pumps and with NFPA20, Installation of Centrifugal Fire-fighting Pumps.

 

Classified by coupled pump head types (single stage single suction type, single stage double suction type, multi-section multistage type), this equipment can fall into three sub-categories: XBC-IS, XBC-S and XBC-D. The equipment is widely used in many occasions.

 

This equipment can use high quality diesel engines from domestic market or foreign countries, so it is the fire protection equipment with advantages as follows, stable start, high capacity, compact structure, easy maintenance, high automation and advanced and dependable performance. This pump can also be used in salt sea area and for salt water liquid.

X6135, 12v135, 4102, 4105, 61 02, 4100, 495 etc diesel engine series provide power for our pumps. Our fire-fighting pumps are flexible coupled with these diesel engines (clutches are available). Besides, diesel tank, radiation water tank, blower, control panel (for the automatic unit) etc can be provided as components.

 

Being the auto-control unit, a separate diesel engine auto-control panel (programmable) carries out the system's automatic start, run, auto-switch (the electric motor pump unit is switched to the diesel engine pump or the diesel engine pump unit to another diesel pump unit), auto-protection (warning and stop protection for the diesel engine's over-speed, lower oil pressure, high water temperature, three-time start failures, low voltage of accumulator warning etc.) and also can be connected to user's fire-fighting center or the fire auto-warning device with the purpose of remote monitoring.

 

In order to keep the unit working normally below 5ºC, it can be fitted with an AC 220v water cooling system.

 

The diesel engine fire-fighting pump group can be formed with electric motor pumps and jockey pumps as an automatic fire-fighting water supply system (see tabel1). For more details, please see our document "Diesel Engine Control System". The system also can be connected to the fire-fighting center.

 

There are two ways of inletting the water: manual water adding and water self-priming. the former is preferred in accordance with fire-fighting protection standard. Automatic vacuum water self-priming devices can be provided only when customers request. In this case, the dimension of the diesel engine pump unit is changed.

The diesel engine control cabinet(programmble) can realize these functions: system's self-start, operation self-cut-over (from Electric pump to Diesel engine pump or from one diesel engine pump to another diesel engine pump), self-protection(in case of overspeed of the diesel engine, low oil pressure, high water temperature, 3 times failure of start, low oil level and low voltage of the battery etc.). Besides, the pump can be connected with fire center or fire alarm, which can easily realize remote control.

 

The diesel fire pump group can be connect to electric constant pump to realize self fire water supply system.

 

With the difference in water inflow, the fire pum can be grouped into two groups: Self-filling pump, and suction pump. Normally we provide self-filling pump. If client needs suction system, please point out, ou company will provide vacuum self suction device, with little changes of the pump size.
