PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

XBD-DL multistage hacoc is a vertical single-suction multistage multi-section fire pump, which is used to transport clear water containing no solid particles and other liquids with same physical and chemical properties as water. It is mainly used for the pressurization for fire fighting system as well as for the water supply and drainage in factories and mining. The flow range of transported liquid is 1.0~80L/S, pressure rang  is from 2~25bar, power range 3~280kW and diameter range 50~200mm.

 

The performance and technical conditions of our XBD-DL series fire pump conforms to the requirements by GB6245-2006 Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps released by the state lately. It has passed the test of China National Fire Equipments Quality Supervision Center and gained the approval certificate of fire control product of Shanghai.

 

APPLICATION:

XBD-DL multistage hacoc is mainly used for the pressurization and water supply of the fire system. It's also applicable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurization and water supply fire high-rise, long-distance water supply, pressurization of cold and hot water circulation for heating, bathroom and boiler, water Supply of air-conditioning refrigeration system, fittings for equipment and so on.

• 1. The pump is characterized by its compact structure, small volume and attractive appearance, whose recital structure decides space-effective installation. Its center of gravity overlaps the center of pump foot, thus enhancing its stability of operation and service life.
• 2. Both of its inlet and outlet are fixed in the horizontal position, thus simplifying the connection between pipelines.
• 3. The inlet and the cutlet can be installed either in the same direction or at 90°C, 180°C, 270°C or to satisfy different connection occasions as required.
• 4. Head can be decided by increasing or decreasing its stage level in combination with outer diameter of impeller without changing the floor size for installation, which is unique among pumps.
• 5. The motor is provided with a rain hood outside so that the pump is available for outdoor use, thus avoiding the pump room and further construction expenses.
• 6. Its rotor has a small flexibility and it adopts a 4-pole motor so that it is featured by its stable operation small vibration low noise and long service life.
