Kaiyuan XBD-HY constant pressure fire pump is a new, reliable, top quality and special pump for fire-fighting, which has been developed by our technicians based on the market needs for water supply in high buildings and domestic water systems. Its performance and technique standards are in accordance with state standard: GB6345-2006, The Performance Requirements and Test Method of Fire Fighting Pump.
XBD-HY has the features of variable flows and constant pressure. When it works at the full flow range, the head has little or no variation. The head fluctuates within the rate of 5% when its flow varies from zero to maximum flow. The pressure staysin normal when it is in condition of zero or least flow, and it stays constant in maximum flow, which can improve the efficiency of the fire-distinguisher and guarantee the safety and function of the fire equipments and firefighters.
Combined the characteristics of the fire pump with our technical advantages, the pump is fixed with open impeller, which leads to less axial force and avoid rust and stuck. We strive to meet clients' material requirements, such as nodular cast iron pump bodies and pump covers, bronze or stainless steel impellers.

Kaiyuan XBD-HY is mainly used for fire-fighting systems in industries and civil buildings(fire plug distinguisher, auto spray system, and water sprayingsystem). Besides, it also can be used as water supply for domestic water systems in buildings, cities, mines, boilers etc.
