W-KY series Pressure Maintaining Fire Pump Set is developed by Shanghai Kaiyuan according to the performance parameters of the national standard JB/ T68782-93, and in strict accordance with the latest national GB6245-2006 fire pump performance requirements and test method.

Easy installation and maintenance: optimized design of a new generation of fire motor pump set, the use and maintenance of organic combination of stainless steel impeller and stainless steel machine cover and stator, made of two different metal materials, can effectively ensure that the fire pump stator and rotor will not rust, the usual sleep stability and the feasibility of starting at any time into one.
3. Stable operation, safe and reliable: reliable process and positioning connection form to ensure high concentricity between the pump and the motor.
4. Bearings: The shaft extension end bearings (YE2) below 180 (including blade end bearings below YE2-180) in the motor equipped with the pump are closed bearings, and the maintenance of motor bearings is avoided during normal use.
5. Machine seal: the mechanical seal base parts generally use rubber bellows structure, and the sealing on the traditional
mechanical seal shaft is changed from the line seal of the O-ring to the two-channel surface seal of the rubber parts, which improves the sealing effect when transporting water.
6. W-KY series Pressure Maintaining Fire Pump Set retains the traditional pressure signaling function, the outlet manifold of this pump also has a safety valve to further increase the possibility of safe operation.
7. Its control system adopts the design requirements in accordance with the national GB27898.3-2001 standard, and has dual power switching function and operation fault recording function.
