OVERVIEW:
QDL/QDLF is a multifunctional product, which can transfer water and other industrial medium with adaption to different temperature, flow and pressure. QDL is applied to non-corrosive fluid and QDLF is applied to light corrosive fluid.
This is a latest version of pump, having the feature of energy-saving, environmental protection, less space demand easy installation, stable performance and convenient maintenance. The pump is made of 304 materials with excellent quality; Such ideal pump can substitute for old version of pressure compensated pump.
Water Supply: Water works filtration and transport, transfer water in subarea, main pipe pressurization, pressurization for high buildings.

Received model is suitable for fluid delivery, the circulation and pressuring for clean hot or cold water and dematerialized water.
The stainless steel model is suitable for brackish water, mineral water, distilled water, swimming pool water and other fluid with chloride. Under this condition, the fluid temperature should be lower than the former one.

PUMP:
QDL/QDLF is non self-suction vertical multistage centrifugal pump. Motor shaft is connected with pump shaft through coupler. Flow passage components are installed between pump head and pump shaft coupler by Stay bolt. Pump water inlet is at the same straight line with pump base. The pump can be customized for intelligent protector to avoid dry running, default phase, overload.

Motor is whole sealing, air-cooling second standard motor.

Minimum Pressure of water inlet (NPSH)
If pump pressure is lower than transport fluid out of cavitations. To avoid cavitations and make sure one side of water inlet has minimum pressure. Max suction head can be calculated as follows:
H=Pb× 10.2-NPSH-Hf-Hv-Hs
Pb= atmospheric pressure [bar]
(Atmospheric pressure is 1bar)
In closed system, Pb is system pressure [bar]
NPSH=Net Positive Suction Head [m]
(NPSH curve can be read as pump max flow)
Hf=inlet line loss [m]
Hv=steam pressure [m]
Hs=safe margin=minimum 0.5m
If outcome is positive value, the pump can be operated under max suction head.
If outcome is negative value, there must be a minimum pressure of water inlet.
