Product overview
WQ non-clogging sewage pump is a newly developed pump, based on the combination of the advanced technology from abroad and domestic features, which is good at energy-saving, anti-winding, no-clog.

To realize automatic control, we will choose special control panel according to the clients' request.

The pump has introduced special impeller structure and neo mechanical seals, to make it more efficient in delivering solid particles and long fiber with water. Compared with traditional impeller, the new impeller, with spiral-flow type or double-leaf type that has an excellent delivery capacity, together with suitable volute, can improve the performance of the pump, running smoothly without any vibration.

Adopting double guide rail automatic coupling installation device, so that the installation and maintenance of the pump unit are convenient and fast.





Features:
1. Adoption of unique spiral-type of big passage impeller structure, significantly improving passage capacity of sewage. Solid particles with half the pump input diameter are effectively passable.
2. Mix-up sewage pump has all the functions of common sewage pump. A sub impeller (same axis with the dynamo, stability ensured) installed at the bottom of sewage pump could prooduce addiional pressure when pump is at high gear, in order to reach the rotation effect of the sewage and neat discharge of all the sewage. The water flushing is to use the water pressure in the pump chamber to impact the water around the pump to make the liquid flow turbid and achieve the uniform effect.
3. Dynamic-balanced rotor part and properly arranged bearing has effectively evened radial and axial load of pump, by which the whole set could fuction in a longer period with more stability and less noise.
4. Mobile or fixed insallation can be selected according to user requirements.
5. Mechanical seals made of the latest materials, enable the pump service life reach 8000 hours.
6. Pump control and protection. Common-type and fully-insured type are both available on client's request (please specify fully-insured type when placing order.
7. The whole machine can be started and stopped automatically according to the changes of level control panel. It doesn't need a special person to guard, so the application is quite convenient and it is easy to realize automatic management.
