LW and GW series non clogging sewage pump is a newly developed submersible pump, based on the combination of the advanced technology from abroad and domestic pump features. This model is energy saving, anti-winding, non-clogging. automatic installation and automatic control. This pump is excellent in transporting sewage with solid-particles and long fibers. This pump adopts special structure of the impellers and a new way of mechanical seals to make it more efficient in delivering sewage with solid particles and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impellers, the new ones (spiral-flow type or double-leaf type) have an excellent delivery capacity, which improves the performance of the pump. It runs more smoothly without any vibration.

1. The impeller adopts particular large channel structure, so the drain capacity has been improved greatly. which can effectively let the solid grains and long fibers pass.
2. The balanced rotor part and the proper bearing arrangement have effectively balanced the redial and axial load of the pump, so It ensures that the pump runs for a longer life time and steadily with little vibrations and low noises.
3. This pump can adopt different installation forms according to the consumer's requirements: single-pipe or double-pipe.
4. Mechanical seal adopts the latest materials, so its service life is over 8000 hours.
