KAIYUAN KYW is single-stage single-suction horizontal-type centrifugal pump which are in line with the requirements of 1S02858. The products are produced strictly according to the relevant requirements, so they have a stable quality and reliable performance. It can replace model IS horizontal pump.
This series pump are divided into basic type, flow-expansion type, A, B, C cutting type etc. In more than 250 specifications and with a flow range of 1.5-1450m3/h and a head range of 8-160m. Model KYWR is hot-water pump, Model KYHW is chemical pump, Model KYWB is oil pump. These models are designed and manufactured of same performance parameters.
1. Compact structure. This series of pump is horizontal structure, machine and pump integrated, beautiful appearance, occupying less area, compared with ordinary horizontal pump occupies 30% less area.
2. Operate steadily, low noise, high concentricity of components. The motor and pump are directly connected, which simplifies the intermediate structure and enhances the smoothness of operation. The impeller has a good dynamic and static balance, and the vibration during operation is small, which improves the use environment.
3. No leakage. The shaft seal is made of corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal, which solves the problem of tight leakage between the centrifugal pump packing and ensures that the operation site is clean and tidy.
4. Easy maintenance. This series of horizontal pump is a rear open-door structure, without disassembling the pipeline, can be repaired.
5. From the perspective of the inlet direction, the outlet of the pump can be arbitrarily installed in three ways: horizontal
left, vertical up and horizontal right.

KYW SERIES HORIZONTAL CENTRIFUGAL PUMP is used to transport pure-water and other liquids, the physical properties of which are similar to those of pure-water, in industrial and cities water supply and drainage, high buildings booster water supply, gardens irrigation, fire fighting booster, remote water supply, warming systems, circular booster of cold & hot water in bath rooms as well as in competition of equipments, the operation medium temperature is below 80ºC.
2. KYWR SERIES HORIZONTAL HOT-WATER PUMP is used for the warming hot-water booster circular system and the hest-transport system of production technology in the units where heat-station, resident utilization, metallurgy, chemistry, textile, wood-processing, paper-making etc. industrial boilers high-temperature hot-water, the operation temperature is below 100ºC.
3. KYHW SERIES HORIZONTAL CHEMICAL PUMP is used to transport the liquids containing no solid grain, corrosive and the viscosity of which is similar to water for the departments of light & textile industry, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity,
paper-making, food, medicine and synthetic fibre etc. the operation temperature is -20ºC to 100ºC.
4. KYWB SERIES HORIZONTAL NON-EXPLOSIVE OIL PUMP is used for light & textile, chemical, mechanical etc, industries to transport non corrosive, inflammable, explosive liquids, the medium temperature is -20ºC to 100ºC and density less than 1000kg/m3.

Proper medium: the medium for pure-water pumps should have no corosive liquid and the volume of non-melting medium-solid should not be over 0.1 % of the unit volune and the graininess less than 0.2mm. Please notify at order if the medium to be used with samll grain.
Remark: When working pressure more than 1.0 MPa, please advise when order.
