XBC Diesel fire pump with diesel engine:
XBC series diesel fire pump group is a new-style fire fighting equipment based on the performance parameter of international standard ISO2858 and JB/T6878.2-93, and "performance requirement and experimental method of fire pump" of GB6245-2006 issued newly by nation. The XBC series include three main pump types: XBD-IS(single-stage pump); XBD-D(multistage pump); XBD-S(split-case double suction pump). So the equipment has a wide range of pressure and temperature. It can be used for almost every occasion for fire-fighting.
The diesel engine of the equipment is an excellent product as power machinery. It has the features: good starting performance, high overload capacity, compact structure, easy maintenance, simple operation, high level of automation, etc. The equipment is a best product for fire-fighting.

>>> Maintenance:
1. According to the requirement in the fire-fighting standard, the pump set must run at least 15-day with time not less than 15 minutes so as make sure it in a good status at any time.
2. When start the fire pump set, it should be done to check if the shaft seal is normal and if it needs to be adjusted or replaced.
3. Periodically lubricate the bearing with grease.
4. Completely drain the water inside of the pump out in case of the pump off work for a long time.
5. According to the provision for the maintenance of the diesel engine, daily maintenance should be kept for it by checking if it is enough of cooling water, engine oil, battery voltage, and if the oil-pressure meter, themometer, speedmeter and other control devices are normal.
